How It Works

One collector per site. One platform for everything.

Agentless by design

Instead of installing software on every PC and server, you place one small collector at each customer site. It polls devices over WinRM (Windows), SSH (Linux and macOS) and SNMP (network gear) and reports back to the platform. Internet-facing systems are checked directly by the platform.

  • Enroll a collector with a one-time token
  • Runs on Windows or Linux (systemd), such as a spare PC, VM or NAS

  1. Create the tenant

    Add the customer and their sites.

  2. Enroll a collector

    Generate a token and run the installer.

  3. Add devices

    Discover them on the LAN or add them manually.

  4. Monitor

    Apply monitors and templates, then let alerts and tickets flow.
