Customer Portal & Reviews
A home page for every customer, with their health, requests and approvals in one place, quarterly reviews that sell themselves, and quotes built from the data you already have.
A portal worth logging into
Customers sign in and land on their own home page, not a console built for technicians. It shows how their environment is doing, what needs a decision and what is coming up, and it is the page you point them to when they ask how it is going.
- A health score for the month, with last month beside it
- Open requests and recently resolved ones, and a way to raise a new ticket
- Renewals due in the next four months, without prices or internal notes
- Risks worth acting on, such as unsupported systems and expiring warranties
- Links to their status page, their reports and their compliance scores
- Customer users see only their own organization, and can be limited to chosen sites
Approvals in one click
Ask a customer to say yes to something, and keep the answer on the record.
Ask from where you are looking
Ask a customer to approve a replacement from the device page, a purchase from a quote, or planned patching from the customer’s Approvals tab.
It becomes a ticket
The request opens or links a ticket, and the customer’s administrators are emailed. Their answer is posted on the ticket as a public reply.
Approved patching schedules itself
Approve patching with a time window and the maintenance window is created for you, so the restart does not page anyone.
Customers see only their side
Internal notes, audit history and links never reach a customer; their own comments are always public.
A status page they can bookmark
Publish a page for each customer on your own TechSavve address, showing their services and uptime and nothing else: no device names and no internals.
Quarterly business reviews New
One click builds a customer’s review as a PDF or an editable PowerPoint: a health score from A to F, uptime, incidents, patching, backups, hardware and security risks, and a list of problems solved before anyone noticed.
Quotes from the data you already have New
Assets & Lifecycle finds what needs attention. One click turns the list into a quote, and an accepted quote becomes a draft invoice.
What it finds
Out-of-support PCs and servers, aged hardware, warranties ending, servers with no backup, failing disks, renewals and certificates coming due.
Your prices
A price list you set for each kind of line, a quote number series, and a PDF the customer can download.
Approved in the portal
The quote goes to the customer as an approval request. Accept and a draft invoice is built; decline and the quote is closed, with the answer kept on the ticket.
Recurring work stays clear
Monthly lines, such as backup, are billed for the first month, and the invoice note says what repeats.
New. The portal, approvals and quotes were tested end to end with test accounts and in our own demo. They are newly released, and we would like to hear how your customers use them.
Compliance in their view
Customers whose work is regulated can see their compliance scores in the portal, and you can hand over the evidence as a PDF or ZIP.
