This website, techsavve.com, is run by DFWTechPros, LLC (“TechSavve”, “we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The software has its own agreement

Downloading, installing or using TechSavve RMM is covered by the License Agreement, not by these terms. Parts of the software are open source and are licensed under their own licenses. The TechSavveRDP remote-access client is based on RustDesk and is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0; its source code is available at downloads.techsavve.com/source/.

2. Using this website

You may browse the site, download the files we publish and contact us. You may not: attack, probe or overload the site or the servers behind it; try to get around a security measure; send spam or unlawful, harmful or misleading content through our forms; collect data from the site in a way that burdens it; or pretend to be someone else. We may block traffic that does any of these.

3. Downloads

Each download shows a SHA-256 checksum. Compare it with the file you received before you install it. Downloads are provided under the License Agreement.

4. Information on this site

The site describes our products in general terms. It may be out of date, and features, limits and availability can change. Nothing on the site is an offer or a promise. Pricing is by quote, and an agreement exists only when we confirm an order in writing.

5. Our name, logos and content

The text, images, logos and the TechSavve name are used by DFWTechPros, LLC to identify its products. Please do not copy them or use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product without asking us first.

6. Links to other sites

Links go to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranty; limit of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THIS WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE WEBSITE IS LIMITED TO US $100. NOTHING HERE LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.

9. Changes

We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
