TechSavve RMM vs N-able N-central
N-able N-central is an RMM from N-able that can run on your own server or N-able's cloud. TechSavve RMM is agentless RMM and PSA that you run on your own server. Here is how they differ, and when each one fits.

Where TechSavve RMM is different
No agents to roll out
Place one collector at each customer site and add devices by discovery, import or by hand. Nothing is installed on the servers, PCs and network gear it monitors.
Your server, your data
Run it on your own Linux server, or on Windows for a small office, so customer data stays where you put it. Or have DFWTechPros host it for you.
RMM and PSA in one
Alerts become tickets with SLAs; time and invoices live next to them. Or link tickets to the PSA you already use.
Hypervisors and clouds included
vCenter, Hyper-V, Proxmox and KVM hosts, and AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and five more clouds, with every machine on them found and monitored.
When N-able N-central may suit you better
You already run N-central and your team knows it well.
You want an agent on every computer for management while it is away from the office.
Questions
Both have something on site. What is different?
In N-central the probe adds agentless checks next to agents on your computers. In TechSavve the collector does all of it: Windows, Linux, macOS, network gear and hypervisors are monitored without installing anything on them.
Can I bring my devices across?
Yes. Export them to a spreadsheet and upload it on the Getting started page; customers are matched by name and devices by hostname or serial.
