Where TechSavve RMM is different

No agents to roll out

Place one collector at each customer site and add devices by discovery, import or by hand. Nothing is installed on the servers, PCs and network gear it monitors.

Your server, your data

Run it on your own Linux server, or on Windows for a small office, so customer data stays where you put it. Or have DFWTechPros host it for you.

RMM and PSA in one

Alerts become tickets with SLAs; time and invoices live next to them. Or link tickets to the PSA you already use.

Hypervisors and clouds included

vCenter, Hyper-V, Proxmox and KVM hosts, and AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and five more clouds, with every machine on them found and monitored.

When Atera may suit you better

You want published per-technician pricing for a very large number of devices per technician.

You would rather not run a server of your own at all.

Questions

Both include a PSA. What is different?

Where it runs and what goes on each device. Atera is a cloud service with an agent on every device; TechSavve runs on your own server and monitors devices through one collector per site, without an agent on each.

Can I bring my devices across?

Yes. Export them to a spreadsheet and upload it on the Getting started page; customers are matched by name and devices by hostname or serial.
