Help with TechSavve RMM and the TechSavve NOC phone apps

Contact us

Email assistance@techsavve.com or call (214) 430-9342. Tell us your company, the version you run (shown under Admin → License) and what you see; a screenshot helps.

The phone app (Android and iPhone)

Getting it. Android: open My account → Notifications on your company’s TechSavve server and scan the code. iPhone: install TechSavve NOC from the App Store.

Signing in. Type your company’s TechSavve address (the one you open in a browser, such as noc.yourcompany.com), then sign in with the same account you use there: email and password (and your authenticator code, if you have one), or Microsoft if your company has set that up.

Notifications don’t arrive. On the phone, allow notifications for TechSavve NOC in the phone’s settings. In the app, open More → Settings, check what is pushed to your phones and tap Send me a test. Notifications have to be set up on your company’s server by its administrator (Admin → Notifications → Phone app).

Signing out a lost phone. On the TechSavve website, My account → Notifications lists your signed-in phones; Sign out ends that phone’s session and its notifications. An administrator can do this for anyone.

Your company’s TechSavve server

TechSavve RMM is self-hosted: each company runs its own server, and its administrators manage accounts, passwords and settings. For a forgotten password or a locked account, ask your company’s TechSavve administrator first. The documentation covers installing, updating and backing up the server.
